Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a background in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Gerontology. 

With a trauma-informed, social justice background, Courtney is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities as they learn to interact with the world in new ways that are safe and empowering to them. Courtney is passionate about working with adolescents and their caregivers, and always strives to create a safe environment that encourages and fosters growth, healthy coping mechanisms and communication, and self-empowerment.
