Marquita is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field working with children and families in both the school and community environment. Marquita has worked with concerns including behavior modification, social/emotional learning, and parenting skills.

Her current interest include working with BIPOC women and young girls to help empower and restore resilience. She is interested in and seeking certification in the area of maternal mental health. The women in her life have inspired to achieve, believe, and assist other women in their ability to be vulnerable with each other and share their stories.
